Pregnancy Yoga

If you answered yes to any or all of these questions, then take comfort in the fact that you’re not alone. Pregnancy is an amazing journey, but it is also challenging. Whilst housing and growing new life, pregnant women are often expected to keep living like they were before, with the same pressures, deadlines, anxieties and life admin.


That is why I have created SACRED MOTHERHOOD. A weekly pregnancy class built on six SACRED pillars (listed below) allowing you to move, breath, replenish and rest whilst reconnecting to yourself and your baby. Whether you arrive feeling tired, uncomfortable or in need of some TLC these classes will take you on a journey that will leave you feeling more physically comfortable, accepting of the changes you’re experiencing and trusting that you and your body are doing all the right things. 


  • Sensuality

  • Acceptance

  • Community

  • Replenishment

  • Ease through movement

  • Deep rest


Through a series of movements and breathing techniques, we will create more space in your body, practice some great pelvic floor techniques and really reconnect to the power of your intuition, encouraging you to trust yourself and your body during this journey. You can expect to feel more connected to yourself and your baby, more accepting of the transitions you’re experiencing and more prepared for labour and birth. At the end of the practice there will be a long relaxation which will allow your body to process all that we have done and give you the much-needed rest you need and deserve. 

By attending these classes it’s my intention that you can reclaim your body, find that inner-confidence that may have been challenged during your pregnancy and ultimately feel more comfortable and connected to your body and your baby. 

Classes run in four-week blocks and cost £35 per block. The next block will start on Monday 14th June.

I would highly recommend Sarah's classes. Each week was a really nice way to clear my mind and concentrate on the connection between me and my baby. Sarah also provides some helpful breathing techniques and positions along the way that I plan to use when I give birth soon. I am feeling calmer and more prepared after taking part in her classes


Thank you for providing such a lovely experience throughout my pregnancy. It was a real treat every week, especially when we were in lockdown and I was working from home. You have a lovely, gentle approach and always made me feel at ease.


The classes are exactly what you need through pregnancy. Some gentle exercise, whilst also creating a relaxing and positive atmosphere. Sarah has such a wonderful way of connecting you to the class and I'm so thankful she has started these classes.  Knowing I'll have 60 wonderful minutes for myself and my baby has just been wonderful and I'd reccomend the classes to anyone!

Labour & Birth Video

A dedicated video helping guide you through the final stage of your pregnancy.

I have created this resource as an additional means of support for you during the birth of your baby. Whilst it doesn't include everything - for the list is rather endless -  it does provide detailed breathing techniques and yoga poses that can prove helpful during the following stages of labour and birth: 

  • Latent Labour

  • Established Labour

  • Birth of your baby

  • Birth of the placenta


It also includes affirmations to help bring you the mental strength and emotional support that is just as important as the physical aspects.


It's my hope that this resource helps you feel a little more prepared and ready to complete the final step in your pregnancy.

You do not need to have practiced yoga, it is suitable for everyone and once purchased for just £15 it is yours forever.
