Payment policy: A £150 non-refundable deposit is payable upon application and goes towards your overall total payable for the retreat. The balance can be paid in monthly installments if agreed with us via email.

Full payment is due by 5th May 2023 and participants agree to pay any outstanding balance no later than this date. 

If the retreat is full, we can add your name to our waitlist upon request in writing, or advise of other available dates. If we’re then able to confirm your place on the retreat, we will contact you and full payment will be due immediately.

If the participant withdraws 60 days or more prior  to the retreat they will receive a refund of any money paid apart from the non-refundable deposit. Participants who cancel within the 60 days before the retreat start, will forfeit 100% of total retreat rate, no refunds given. However, your spot is fully transferable to another person, found and provided by yourself.

Nobody books a retreat with the intention of cancelling it, but unexpected events do occur, so please consider purchasing travel insurance. Exceptions cannot be made for any reason, including weather, injury/illness, or personal emergencies. No refunds or credits will be granted for failure to attend, complete or for arriving late or leaving early. 

We hold the right to change team members and the retreat program at any time.
